Variable declaration Rule in c

  • A variable can have alphabet, digit and underscore.
  • Frist character must be an alphabet or underscore (_).
  • Comma (,) and blank space are not allowed in c language.
  • A variable name must not be any reserved word or keyword.
  • Variable name are case sensitive.
  • No special symbol other than underscore (_) allowed.
